Are sessions online or in person?
All sessions and programs are delivered online (telehealth), so you can take part from anywhere in Australia — often relaxing more deeply at home than you would in an unfamiliar clinic.
How do I pay?
Payment is accepted by cash, direct deposit and card. Details are confirmed when your booking is arranged.
Which option is right for me?
If you have a specific goal like weight loss or quitting smoking, a signature program gives you the best support and value. For broader concerns or ongoing support, individual hypnotherapy or coaching sessions may suit you better. Not sure? Get in touch and we’ll help you choose.
