Having Trouble Logging In?

 

If you have signed up for one of our programs and you are experiencing problems logging into your account please email nikki@evolvewellness.com.au or use the contact form below.

Please be advised that it may take some time for Nikki to get back to you so we thank you for your patience.  She will be in touch as soon as possible (you may not receive a response over weekends or during public holidays).

In the meantime, you can try the following trouble shooting ideas

 

  • Make sure that you are using the correct User Name or Email and Password.  These will be the ones you entered when you signed up to your program.
  • Try logging in on another device to check if the problem still exists.
  • You may need to reset your password. You can select “Lost your password” on the login page to reset. Please check the email address that you signed up to the program with.
